My name is Zachary Rodriguez. I am a filmmaker specializing in sound mixing and sound design.
Narrative Work
I have gained extensive experience both during my time in school and through external projects, working on narrative films. I wrote and produced Curtain Call (currently circulating in film festivals), directed The Deaf Vote, sound mixed on ROT as well as sound designed Swan Song in post production.
Branded Work
Under the mentorship of Nick Palladino, I had the opportunity to redesign several professional commercials within a top-tier post-production facility. Additionally, I produced and managed the post-production process for an entirely original Starry advertisement
Live Event Work
I worked with Tony Gallucci while he served as the cinematographer for Living Vogue. During that time, I worked as a 1st Assistant Camera, shooting real estate videos, live events, and corporate gatherings. Additionally, I contributed as a live sound mixer and sound editor for these events.
I’m based on Long Island, New York, but I am no stranger to traveling.
On the set of “ROT” Sarasota FL
After earning an associate's degree in Radio & Television Broadcasting, I transferred to Ringling College of Art and Design, where I honed my skills as a filmmaker. During my time there, I gained valuable experience in managing a set, collaborating effectively with others, and maintaining a positive, supportive presence on set
